Erin Mossman

Erin is an outstanding Learning Assistant at Putāruru Primary School, bringing kindness, calmness, and consistency to her role every day. She is highly reliable and has a natural ability to build trusting relationships with tamariki, helping them feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.

Erin is trained in the Better Start Literacy Approach (BSLA) and plays a key role in supporting our Structured Literacy programme across the school. Her deep understanding of how children learn to read allows her to make a meaningful impact in the classroom, particularly for those who need extra support.

With her calm presence and nurturing approach, Erin brings out the best in our learners and is a deeply valued member of our school whānau.
