With a strong background in relationship-based teaching, Dean builds strong connections with ākonga, whānau, and colleagues alike. He leads his team with integrity, collaboration, and a focus on high expectations and inclusive practice. Dean is passionate about creating learning environments where every child feels seen, heard, and supported to succeed.
